What we need to get a partner live.
You do not need a sophisticated booking system to work with JuaRoam. We can start with the basics and use more advanced connections only where they make the traveler experience or reporting better.
BARE MINIMUM
Enough to start the conversation.
Business or property name, destination, contact person and a reliable email, phone or WhatsApp contact.
Hotel, lodge, safari camp, tour, safari, car hire, transfer, activity or another travel service.
Your website, booking link, enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or whichever method you currently use.
Enough information for us to discuss the commercial arrangement and the simplest way to identify JuaRoam business.
BEFORE A LISTING GOES LIVE
We confirm the practical details together.
Accurate description, location, starting price where appropriate, amenities or service details, and usable photos that the partner has permission to provide.
The direct link, enquiry method or contact path JuaRoam should send the traveler to.
The agreed commission, referral fee or enquiry arrangement, payment currency and when the amount becomes payable.
A practical way for both sides to confirm which bookings or enquiries came through JuaRoam.
Confirmation that JuaRoam may use the supplied business information and images on the listing.
HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
These options can make booking and reporting smoother.

IDEAL CONNECTION
API connection, where the partner's system supports it.
An API is a secure connection that lets the partner's booking system and JuaRoam exchange selected information automatically.
Depending on the booking system, an API can help JuaRoam:
- pass selected dates and guest details into the partner's booking process;
- check live availability or rates;
- receive confirmation that a JuaRoam booking was completed; and
- reduce repeated steps for the traveler.
This is the ideal technical setup, not the minimum requirement.
If there is no API
That is fine. JuaRoam can still send the traveler to the partner's normal booking page, enquiry form, WhatsApp or other booking process.
How we can still confirm business
We can use a booking source, dedicated rate, booking reference, promo code, agreed booking report or another method both sides approve.
WHY WE ASK THESE QUESTIONS
Each question has a practical purpose.
So we know where JuaRoam should send an interested traveler.
So we know whether dates and guest details can be carried over and whether a smoother connection is possible.
So we know whether the traveler can receive a specific benefit and whether that method could also help identify JuaRoam bookings.
So we know the cleanest way to confirm JuaRoam business without relying on guesswork.
So we understand how the partner is most comfortable paying for business. “Not sure” is a valid answer.
Optional. A useful rate, transfer, breakfast, upgrade or other benefit can make the JuaRoam listing more compelling.
WHAT WE DO NOT NEED ON THE FIRST FORM
We gather deeper technical or financial details only when needed.
Partners do not need to provide bank information, passwords, API keys, detailed system configuration or tax documents just to express interest. Those items are handled securely later, only if they are actually required for the agreed setup.
